Service Description

The ATS Creative Warriors Self Defence & Empowerment Life Coaching sessions, is a hybrid creative intervention & prevention programme aimed towards vulnerable Young People, Young Adults and Elderly starting from 11 years old to 60+; who may have been a victim to malice, abuse, bullying, street crime and/or those who lack confidence, self-esteem, suffering from stress, depression & anxiety, or maybe just living in fear. Short Story of our Founder 'Ja'Anubis Iqhawe' aka 'Jah Redz': After the Founder Ja’Anubis Iqhawe faced his own traumatic experiences within his lifetime, he has come up with a brilliant programme for all to take part in and develop themselves into a Creative Power House. Turning his traumatic experiences & transmuting them into, Self-Empowerment & Self-Confidence, via the combination and the use of Creative Arts & Martial Arts! Creative Warriors Self-Defence & Empowerment Life Coaching Outcomes: 1. Able to understand and differentiate between Self-Defence & Martial Arts. 2. Able to differentiate the different styles of Self-Defence. 3. Able to throw Basic strikes to defend you against an attacker and/or bully. 4. Able to know the skills and techniques to get out of grabs and different grapples. 5. The technique and skills to bring awareness to high intense scenarios. 6. Able to apply knife and gun defence motions, strikes, and disarming your attacker. 7. Understand the Power of Shadow Katas/Shadow Boxing. 8. Become more Mentally Resilient. 9. Increase in Confidence, Health & Fitness 10. Become more empowered. 11. Become more tactically sound. Creative Power Journal Outcomes: 1. Able to regulate and be aware of one's emotions 2. Tools for one to express their emotions 3. Rise in emotional intelligence 4. Equipped with tools to confront any re-occurring emotions 5. Understanding what “Pain” is and how to deal with it. 6. Able to express and tell your story. 7. Steps on how to plan your own Business venture. 8. Increase in creative Thinking & Creative Flow. 9. Able to understand different creative formats & templates. At the end of every academic year, ATS Creative Academy CIC will have an End Of Year Celebration, where by the part-takers will have to show and display what they have learnt. As well as, receipt of End Of Programme Certificates of completion.

If cancelling an appointment, please allow up to 4 hours before your appointment for cancellations. Any payments will be refunded. If it is within the 4 hours leading towards your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded!
