As Ja'Anubis displays his Talents, His Views, His Story and passion within the creative artistic & Self Defence & the fields of Empowerment! "Turning Pain into Creative Power", using the "Power Over Pain Theory"!

After the Founder Ja’Anubis Iqhawe faced his own traumatic experiences within his lifetime, he has come up with a brilliant programme for all to take part in and develop themselves into a Creative Powerhouse. Turning his traumatic experiences & transmuting them into, Self-Empowerment & Self-Confidence, via the combination and the use of Creative Arts, Neuro-Linguistics & Self-defence!

 

This allowed 'Ja’Anubis' to live in the present moment. Giving one the tools to navigate themselves better within their creative thinking & creative development, along with the ability to regulate and understand their own emotional cues & responses for the betterment of one's Well-being.

Finally, raising fitness levels, becoming more mentally resilient along with becoming more tactically aware through training in the Arts of Self-Defence; due to the rise in crime, abuse & assaults in the Urban City of London! 'Ja'Anubis is now a fully Accredited & Certified Self-Defence Instructor & NLP Practitioner, to enable him to help others become a "Creative Warrior" Power House themselves!
